Please Support Tsuru for Solidarity’s Second $25,000 Match

The Manzanar Committee is a proud partner/endorsing organization of Tsuru for Solidarity.

Tsuru for Solidarity is working to end detention sites and support front-line immigrant and refugee communities who are experiencing injustice and oppression under the current U.S. administration. We are an all-volunteer organization.

Please join us and support our second $25,000 match, thanks to the generosity of several new donors.

All donations made by December 31, 2019, will be matched up to $25,000. Our goal is to raise at least $125,000 in individual contributions, or one dollar for each person incarcerated during World War II, toward the overall goal of $270,000. We ask that 1,000 people donate at least $125 toward this goal.

Funds will be used for our National Pilgrimage to Close the Camps in Washington, D.C., June 5-7, 2020 (see 125,000 Paper Cranes to Washington, D.C. in June 2020 for Tsuru for Solidarity’s “National Pilgrimage to Close the Camps” for more information).
